For the Smart Shramik Mission field teams

Every field day, counted by evening.

Mission staff check in with a selfie and send one short report from their phone. By evening, coordinators see the whole day, from state down to mandal, in English or తెలుగు.

The phone Home screen: a greeting, the next thing to do, and tiles for attendance, the daily report and the reporting streak

Three things in the field. That's the routine.

Home always shows the next thing to do, so nobody has to remember where anything lives.

  1. Check in with a selfie

Look into the circle and tap Check in. Location is added when the phone has it.

  2. Note the day's work

Villages visited, workers enrolled and registered, and anything that got in the way. Photos and PDFs attach from the phone.

  3. Send the report

One tap, and a receipt confirms it arrived. With no signal, it waits on the phone and sends itself later.

The whole day, on one screen.

Coordinators see what came in, what's missing and who needs a call, without chasing anyone on WhatsApp.

Overview: enrolments, registrations, reporting coverage and attendance for the state, with date and territory filters Daily briefing: the day's attendance, reports, enrolments and registrations, then a region by region table Reporting desk: 37 of 50 staff have reported, with a list of who submitted and who still needs a follow-up

Five levels. Each sees only its own ground.

Every person reports to someone named. A district coordinator sees their district; a mandal staff member sees their own day.

Access is checked on the server, so exports, team lists and downloads follow the same limits as the screens.
